Minneapolis, the Homeless, and Me

  1. Hi Kari,

You write of this so beautifully and powerfully. I work for a homeless shelter for families with children in Minneapolis. If you would like to come share more of God’s love with some little ones some time, please let me know. We would love to have you come. We are a faith-based shelter and although we cannot openly talk about Jesus with our “guests”, they stay in churches at night and I pray that God touches them in those moments.

    God Bless,
    Tracey

  2. pray for our country to take care of their own. why are people in our country living on the streets in the cold without shelter food medical needs. why dosent this country wake up to the suffering around them. pray that our leaders wil see the light. millions of dollars is going over seas while millions are looking for solutions here. homelessness , shame on this country . god will judge us for this and he has a right to. we shuld start taking pictures and putting them in the media the real truth maybe people will wake up the media has a great influence on us god or bad. help help our own.
